Brooklyn to Long Island on a Saturday

Four of us will be heading from Williamsburg (Brooklyn) to Roslyn Harbor/Glen Head in Long Island for a wedding on a Saturday. Does anyone have any car service recommendations that will be less than $100 each way? FYI it looks to be about 45 mins/25 miles on a Saturday afternoon.

Uber is an option but might be tight due to four of us and our dress (wedding). LIRR is an option too but headways (2 hours) on weekends is tough and will require taxi from LIRR anyway.
Any thoughts?

If you're returning the same day and one of you is a driver (and won't drink too much), you could get a good deal by renting a car.

Carmel is my go-to cheap-ish but super-reliable inter-borough car service, and will probably do it for under $100 each way not including tip. Punch the addresses into their website to see what a sedan or mini-van will cost one way. You can ask the driver to avoid bridges and tolls if possible, and schedule pickup and drop off in advance.

They use regular town cars as sedans. If the dress won't fit in a car trunk (well-wrapped to avoid stains, etc) then get a mini-van and lay it across the third row with the fourth passenger or hang it on a hook in the back.

Car service should be less than $100 each way. Or I'd do LIRR to Roslyn on the way out, and then do a car service or a taxi to Port Washington or Mineola and LIRR for the return.

Greenvale is closer, but you can get a cab at the Roslyn station I believe. You can def get a cab at Port Washington. Be aware though that you need to get on the PW line at Penn or Woodside

So Swan Club? Engineers? NCMA?

Response by poster: It's Swan Club--after party at Glen Cove Mansion so we're planning on getting car service for that.

JPD, PW an ok place for a pre drink? Like some local color, so no martini bars necessary.
