I could swear I've seen this, but I can't put a name to it.

I, too, thought it looked an awful lot like Fairuza Balk from The Craft, but I believe she's wearing a black studded choker throughout that film, and I don't see one in the gif.

Response by poster: I almost thought that was it after a quick screening. It does have a somewhat similar looking character but she's much too young. I also ran though The Descent but nope.
