Old game stuff, new game rules. Website?

I'm looking for a website that had rules for new games using common game items.

Every week or month or so the author(s) would have pdf files to download with rules for new games they had created that used playing cards, chessboards, etc.

If I recall correctly the site had a dark background with white (or light colored) text. I haven't visited it in a couple of years, but the impending holiday family get together reminded me of it. Any ideas?

Cheapass games? They sell a lot of games under $5 that follow the same premise.

Cheap-Ass Games are the best, I agree with hindmost.

Response by poster: Huh. Now why did I think Cheapass Games only made compute games? Anyway, after a little hunting off of wannalol's link, I found it: Invisible City Productions.

They've remodeled.

Thanks (and may as well keep links to other sites like these coming!)
