Question: Help me identify this monster.

Help me identify this monster.

This fellow has been hanging around the office for a while.

His foot reads:
(c) 2005 Viacom
MFG for McD CORP

So we can guess that he's a character from some movie or tv show and that he came from McDonalds, but nobody seems to know who he is.

It appears his name is Pins

Thanks.

Followup Question, for anybody familiar with the series, why do his arms move like he's rapping?

Rounding out this high-action collection is Pins(TM) – press the button on his back to activate his grabbing motion as he grabs anything he can get his arms around.
