Non-American Travel Shows Traveling in America

I watched Unplanned America on Netflix, an Australian travel show in which these guys travel around America, and it made me realize this is a category that I enjoy. What are some other non-American travel shows about America?
USA that is. I don't mind if it's only part of a series like in Long Way Round.
Off the top of my head I'm aware of Billy Connolly's Route 66, Stephen Frye in America, and Michael Palin ending up in America for some amount of time in I think a couple of series.

Dave Gorman - America Unchained
"Dave Gorman attempts to travel coast to coast across America without giving any money to 'The Man' by avoiding large chains and multi-nationals and instead seeking out independent businesses in order to find the true spirit of the country."

All three seasons of An Idiot Abroad are pretty amazing but specifically, episodes 4 and 6 of season two take place in the US. I think they are all available on Netflix.

Top gear has done some US road trips/shows, and I think James May did a wine road trip/show in the US.

Stephen Fry in America is rather enjoyable. I can second Louis Theroux as well.

Rich Hall did a series of documentary films for the BBC about traveling through the US. They're not on that site anymore, but they appear to be on YouTube.

You might really like the US focused documentary in a series about a group from the island of Tanna visiting England and then America respectively to 'visit the natives.'

Dara and Ed's Great Big Adventure is a three part show where Dara O'Briain and Ed Byrne (two Irish comedians) travel the Pan American Highway.

Oz and James's Big Wine Adventure Series 2 is touring California. I would recommend all 3 series, even though the first and third aren't in the US.

Almost Royal
In the first season of Almost Royal, Georgie (Ed Gamble) and Poppy Carlton (Amy Hoggart), the 57th and 58th in line to the throne, travelled all over the United States – from Texas to Michigan and California to New York – familiarizing themselves with this great country and its even greater citizens.
