Help me identify this vocal sample?

I've got the track I hear in the background here (DJ W!ld - All About You), but I've not heard any remix with this vocal overlaid, I'm wondering what it is and where it's from and googling for the words doesn't help much. It starts at 9:30 (Soundcloud link will autoplay)

Best answer: Well, I looked for a few hours before asking here, but now that I posted the question, 20 minutes later, my google fu has succeeded.
