NPR Election Party Analogue for 2015 UK Elections

Is there an equivalent to NPR's Election Party that I could keep an eye on while the UK returns cone in tonight?

I need to work from home throughout the evening, and would like to watch a running elections ticker on a separate monitor as the night evolves. Any suggestions?

I haven't seen anything quite like what NPR did, optimised for a big second screen (which is really quite cool) but I'd imagine that the Guardian and the BBC will have fancy results pages: they just haven't put them up yet, and won't until polls close at 10pm BST.

To save a smidgeon of time, that's 5 PM on the US east coast.

I'm looking at the BBC, but also at fivethirtyeight for liveblogging about the news coming over.
