What are some good NGOs protecting workers' rights internationally?

I'm trying to find reputable and effective non-profit organizations that protect workers from legal or illegal exploitation by their employers. Any recommendations? (I was awarded money in the high tech employee antitrust settlement and suspect that other workers may be more deserving of extra cash.)

Examples of such organizations are Equal Rights Advocates, which fights for women's equality in the U.S. workplace, and Polaris, which combats slavery and human trafficking.

Best answer: International Labor Rights Forum is an outstanding organization. China Labor Watch also does great work.

Best answer: Seconding ILRF. There's also the Worker's Rights Consortium, USAS, and ILO.

Cornell Organization for Labor Action (COLA) does a bunch of Cornell-related labor stuff; one current focus is regarding migrant workers at the Weill medical campus in Qatar (also an issue w/ NYU's UAE campus).
