Any information on Snake River Jet Boat Tours?

I'm planning a very special getaway and would like to go up the Snake River on one of the jet boat tours that are available out of Lewiston, ID. However, there are multiple vendors out there and I'm at a loss as to which tour would be the best. I'm looking for your experiences and suggestions. Hotels, restaurants, and golf course recommendations would also be appreciated.

Beamer is the big name in Hell's Canyon, and I never had any trouble with them as a rafter. But they're a big, high-volume outfit and the scuttlebutt is that they had some trouble keeping good crew and doing maintenance.

Snake River Adventures is a smaller operation with distinctive red boats. If you're a small group, that's the outfit I would recommend.

When I used to work out at the Clearwater paper mill, I would always make a special trip over to Fazzari's Pizza in Clarkston for a Shotsy pie. A trip over to Riverport Brewing might be in order, too.

I spent a lot of money and time at the Quality Inn in Clarkston; if I was spending my own money that's where I'd go. The Red Lion right in the middle of town in Lewiston attracted too much noisy nightlife for me, and the Inn America was strictly when I was on a coffee-fueled work trip.
