Trichtotillomania / CBT treatment in NYC?

Does anyone know where I can receive CBT treatment for my trichtotillomania in New York City?
Important factors: I'm on a grad student stipend, so it needs to be cheap, but I also have good health insurance, so if they take my health insurance I can afford it. I'm not looking for traditional therapy for this, specifically just CBT or other focused treatment. Thanks.

The Trichtotillomania Learning Center has a listing of CBT treatment providers in NYC. Sorry I can't give you more specific recommendations, but I found CBT very helpful for treating my trichtotillomania. Good luck.
