Unfortunately, Angie's List isn't available in Sacramento (it's coming). It's the best resource for house-related services, for cases where you can't get a dependable word-of-mouth recommendation.

Yes - that'd be great, WestCoaster ... There are a bunch of directory services in the area but none seem trustworthy.
