Vain hippie filter, hair color -- Innosence versus Organic Color Systems

I've been going to a salon to for groovy hair color, under the brand Organic Color Systems. They are interested in switching to a different groovy hair system, Innosence. Any feedback from other vain hippies?

What is "groovy hair color"???? Like, organic and locally sourced from heritage botanicals? Or do you mean like purple or green or something?

A quick google of "Innosense hair color" reveals that it's made by Wella, which is a major haircolor manufacturer. But since I don't know what you mean by "groovy", I have no idea if that's good or bad in your book. Here's an FAQ from the company about the product line. Maybe it'll answer some of your questions?

If you otherwise trust this salon, I wouldn't worry too much about their switch from one product line to the other, if you're generally OK with the new line from basic principles. I mean it's not like they're going to suddenly start using KoolAid. They're professional hairstylists.

Response by poster: Groovy = no peroxide or other harsh chemicals. I'm sticking with the old line for now.
