Star Treck Game

Many years ago I was given a box of odd DOS software on 5 1/4 disks. One of them had a Star Treck game whose object was for the player to assume the role of captain Kirk and issue commands to the crew members in the correct star Treck manner. While I had enjoyed the show, I was not familiar enough with the program to play the part of Kirk. Just to see what would happen, I told Spock to go do an anatomical impossibility and was immediately relieved of command and placed in the brig. The disk has been lost. What was this game and where can I get a working copy?

I think you're talking about Star Trek: The Promethean Prophecy, an excellent game from 1986. The link includes a link to a download (which you have to register to get, but it's free), as well as to a couple of other Trek games it might be.
