We have lots of family over and this year my dad won an electric roasting oven (like these) and two turkeys. Recipe needed!

Traditionally we have done a ham and a turkey. With the extra roasting oven available we are going to do two turkeys and I thought it might be nice to do something... different. The other turkey will be done more traditionally.

Haves:

Non Frozen Turkey
Roasting Oven

Need:

Interesting Recipe!
