A friend of mine is trying to identify a webcomic from '98 or '99. I'm trying to help her.
Here's what she has to say about it:
Ok. I read this webcomic in about 98, 99.
Don't remember the name or the author. Some of the characters were:
Treefrog - a treefrog. He ate bugs.
A robot, who always referred to himself as "this unit", though I don't think he was ever called a robot and I don't remember his name.
There was a girl, who was friends with Treefrog
There was a little old man baby
And there was a whole storyline about a little blue cube that showed up and the little old baby came and took it (?)
An old man who lived in the river - problem when it froze, although he
never talked about it
And there was a tree (?) character
That's all I can think of. Help!
