Alls you can eat sushi in Chicago

Several years ago I went to an all you can eat sushi restaurant on Chicago's north side. You could order as many rolls as you wanted as long as you finished one before you asked for the next. What is the name of this restaurant? (Or failing that, what is a similar delicious sushi restaurant in Chicago?)
The one I went to was called Sushi Para on Clark St. They also have Sushi Para 2 which I believe is also on Clark but can't remember.

On the south side (well, Hyde Park), Shinju Sushi is at 1375 E 53rd St. It's decent, but every time I went was SO SLOW. Like, really, really, really slow.

Almost certainly House of Sushi and Noodles.

Grand Katachi used to have an all-you-can-eat deal.

...but I don't think they do anymore. Anyway, there are better sushi restaurants.

The only place at which I remember encountering a "finish the first roll before you get the second" rule is Sushi Para II. However, I've never been to House of Sushi and Noodles!
It sounds like something more than one restaurant might do, so I think the best approach would be to just eat at all of the sushi restaurants one by one until you find it.

I went to the Sushi Para on Diversy and I didn't even want to finish the first rolls we ordered. Never going back. I am not a sushi snob but I've had better from a grocery store. I never before left anything on my plate a sushi place but I did at Sushi Para.
