Clothing ignoramus seeks particular leather jacket

I'm looking for a certain type of (perhaps faux) leather jacket, but, as with most clothing items I shop for, I have no idea what this kind of thing is called in the fashion world so I don't know what terms to search for. Help me out?

The item I am looking for is a (perhaps faux) men's leather jacket that has sweater-like lining on the cuffs, collar and waist. Something like this or this. Those look (both in terms of material requirements and stylistically) exactly like what I am looking for. So, two questions:

1) What is this kind of jacket called?
2) Where can I get one, besides the potentially sketchy online retailers I linked to above? Ideally I would like to try one on in person before investing. But a more reputable retailer might also be fine.

I tried 'locomotive' on Ebay and got a bunch.

Both sites refer to this as "locomotive leather jacket."

But I found this one at Macy's under 'mens leather jacket'

Upon further research I'm finding this style of jacket originates in Korea and all sources that refer to them by the name 'locomotive' are suspiciously cheap. The closest thing you can get here might be to search for "slim-fit vintage leather jacket", like this, and sort from most expensive to least, because on the cheap end are the sketchy imports.

I had a friend who had a great one from Dolce and Gabana... maybe have a look on their website?

Response by poster: Yes, I have found ordering cheap clothing from East Asia online to be a bad experience in the past (both for weird size and quality reasons). The "Paul Jones" label which a lot of these jackets are seem to be a rebrand of Doublju or some such.

Instead of "sweater-like," use "knit" as a search term. I did that and came up with this site, which looks like a good start.

Another term for this is bomber jacket. Here's one on amazon that's leather so it's a bit pricy. Here's a faux one.

I've always seen the "bomber" style as the puffier, more rounded type, while the slim style like this was called a "pilot's" jacket. It just now occurred to me how ridiculous that difference sounds, and Google seems just as confuses.

I have also heard it called a motorcycle jacket... not a real motorcycle jacket of course, so google "motorcycle style jacket".

That looks like a cafe racer leather jacket.

Another term to throw into the mix is "elastic cuff" or "ribbed cuff", which brings up things like this. Overall, it seems like jackets described as "bomber" or "pilot" style will have the elastic cuffs.

Also try "flight jacket."

jacket that has sweater-like lining on the cuffs, collar and waist.

This is pretty characteristic of what are commonly called "flight jackets", "bomber jackets", or "pilot jackets." You'll also find them listed, especially on military surplus sites, as an A-2, G-1, or MA-1 jacket.

Most of these kind of jackets are a much "boxier" cut than the ones you linked to, and I didn't have much luck searching for "flight jacket slim fit" (or variations thereof), but I think if you can figure out who some of the trendier manufacturers, designers & retailers are, the people who will be more likely to sell "slim cut" or "slim fit" lines, and then look for their versions of "flight jackets", you might have some luck.

(Sorry I can't give you a better idea of where to look, but I'm not a "slim-fit" kind of guy.)
