Where is the cartoon with geek secret agents: 001, license to code?

I'm trying to refind a one-panel online comic with geek secret agents. One has "001 -- license to code" or something like that. I kind of remember it as being geek & poke or that style but haven't been able to track it down. Any pointers? Different cartoons along similar lines are welcome.

Any chance it was User Friendly? UF is a three-panel black-and-white strip except for a larger, full-color strip on Sundays, though, so maybe my guess is way off!

I did a quick search of the archives but didn't come up with the exact "license to code" term, although I vaguely remember UF having a Matrix-spoof storyline at one point that could fit.

Response by poster: I may have found it. Unfortunately, it's not as funny as I remember it (at least to me): http://geek-and-poke.com/geekandpoke/2014/4/18/jokes-for-really-old-geek
