Runnin down a Tom Petty style

Tom Petty's not usually my go-to guy for style ideas, but I love this 4-button semi-formal western jacket he's wearing in this picture with the wonderful Regina Spektor. Does anyone have an idea where to look for such a garment, or even idea how to describe it? Thanks very much.
