Where is the US NARA website? All I get is something strange.

According to this US government page -- this is the link for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).

But it does not work. I have Googled the heck out of this and I can't find the site anywhere. Does anyone know if this site has moved? I am not in the US so am not very familiar with the archival system, but I am pretty good Googler and this is confusing me.

I suppose it could just be down? Has anyone used this link recently?

It's down. I have this link bookmarked. You could tweet them and ask what's up.

hahaha how ironic that it says "It Works!"

If you want/need to get them on the phone, it's 1-86-NARA-NARA or 1-866-272-6272.

The "It Works!" message is likely from their application server software, tomcat or something like that.

For me at 11:48 EDT, that NARA links actually works.

Oh, some pages appear to be available if you go in through their blogs. Here's the research page.

Weirdly, some of it is up. From here you can do stuff (except go home).

It was half-down last time I checked a few months ago so I guess their website/IT just sucks.
