Wall-of-sheep-in-a-box, 2014 edition

As a conversation-starter at a legal technology conference, I would like to set up a "Wall of Sheep". Assume I know what I'm getting into legally. Is there a "wall of sheep innabox" that would get me enough results in realtime to throw some stuff onto a screen at our booth? It has been years since I've fired up a sniffer myself.

Also, at a conference of (mostly) tech luddites, what are the odds that in 2014, I'd be able to sniff enough unencrypted traffic to get enough fodder for the wall? It's been a very long time since I've seen caps from the DEF CON sheepwall.

This looks like it might be useful. A laptop running Kali or BackTrack and a wifi adapter set to promiscuous mode should get you most of the way.

I know that the Electronic Frontiers Fourm FanTrack at Dragon Con has done Walls of Sheep in the past. You might try emailing eff@dragoncon.org and see if they're willing to talk shop with you.
