What are the alternatives to Lulu for posting and selling e-books?
Lulu seems to be the consensus as the best but the web site is buggy as hell. Review of the forums shows that many people are complaining, management is telling them that it's their fault because they're too stupid to operate computers - the usual runaround.
What are the other alternatives?
