Large electric heating pad for my pregnant wife?

While most things are going very well, my pregnant wife's back has really been hurting and her main relief has been an electric heating pad. However the heating pad is only 12in x 24in. I am hunting for a bigger heating pad if possible. Any help appreciated.
Look online at massage warehouse dot com or similar. I have a heating pad that goes from neck to glutes, it's lovely.

Have you thought about getting an electric mattress pad (or an electric blanket, as jessicapierce suggests)? An electric mattress pad is effectively a huge heating pad, so it might be exactly what you guys need. I won't link to any because I'm not recommending any particular one, but there are plenty available and reviewed online (e.g. Amazon).

Electric mattress pad is exactly what you are looking for. I don't know US brand names so can't recommend one. Added advantage you are laying on a comfy bed. If she wants it for sitting up a twin sized a twin sized electric blanket would work.

Electric throw blankets, afghan-size, are also a thing.

Electric blanket, primarily because it'll do the job, and she won't be pregnant forever and whatever heated blanket-thing you get must remain useful and desired after that point. Congrats and good luck with that.

My favorite appliance is my heating pad. I would stick with a heating pad, not an electric blanket/mattress pad--the concentrated heat will make her back feel better where it hurts. Massage supply places often have larger ones than the 14"x27" drugstore version. I am thinking of getting this one--it is larger, but probably not as high temp, but soothing heat.
If her shoulders hurt, I had one that fit over the shoulders that was great. Like this.

Not exactly your question but when I was pregnant sitting and sort of swaying around on a yoga ball really helped with my lower back pain. A cheap thing to get in a addition to a bigger heating pad.
