One floor home, square, need to figure square footage. 51 foot long x 29.5 foot wide. Just need an estimate, putting ad in paper to sell and it is to be moved off the property.

Best answer: 1504.5 sq ft = 51 * 29.5

Maybe just say ~1500 sq ft?

Approximately 1500 square feet. This is just your length X width (actually 1504.5) assuming the house is basically a rectangle.

Your county real estate tax office probably has that information online if you want to do a little googling to find out what is actually on record.

Tax records are not accurate.

What you can do is give a range, and you should be fine. But if all that is heated sq. footage and livable space, yes, 1500 sq. ft is close enough.
