Help me see a doctor while on Holiday in Munich

I have suffered itchiness around my vagina for a long time, I have seen many doctors in China but they failed to help me, I am in Munich now and I'll be here for about another week, how can I find and make an appointment with a doctor to help me take care of this? How does paying for doctors visit work here in Munich? Will it likely be less than 500 Euros?

If you're an EU resident your domestic insurance arrangements will cover it, if not I am positive it will be much less than 500 euros. This thread from a Munich expat forum covered some very similar situations (scroll past the immediate orthopaedist!), that forum is probably the best place to ask for more up to date specific recommendations.

From a former exchange student in Dresden: get the name of an OB-GYN from a friend or the phone book or the internet, and then you can call or show up in person to make an appointment. It's not very formal, at least compared to the US healthcare system. It might cost 80-120 euros at the most.
