No download option - how can I get this audio?

I have a "premium" subscription to Mark Maron's "WTF" podcast, but do not have a smartphone. The hoster, Libsyn, does not offer downloads for the premium episodes unless you are using their app.
Here's an example of the player they use. Is there a browser plug-in or other tool I can use to get MP3s of these episodes so that I can listen them in the car? I've paid up, so I have no issues w/thwarting their disregard for non-smartphone-having listeners.

AVC (any video converter) program let's you download YouTube audio without having to play it all the way through.

right click and save as
In general, if you use firefox, get the firebug extension, turn on network profiling by clicking the net tab and refreshing the page, and hit play and look for the url of the streaming mp3 file.

Probably you don't need the steps juv3nal describes (but they can come in handy on other occasions).
On the web page you linked to, below the player there is a download this episode link. Mouse over, right click, save as, problem solved

note the comment: "can you not download premium episodes even after you upgrade to premium access? I notice the download this episode on the regular podcast but don't see that link on the others? thx"

Response by poster: So the best answer is one we cannot see?
Right click on player > This Frame > View Frame Source
Link to the MP3 itself is in the frame code. As noted in the original post, download links to older episodes are not provided, even if you subscribe, unless you use their app.

Well, all I memailed ryanshepard was the direct link to the the mp3 from his link. I didn't think it would be cool to post that.
I happened to be messing with a proxy & watching the logs when I saw this question, so literally all I did was click his link, hit play, and cut-n-paste the mp3 url from my terminal window.

You'll also find most of the episodes available on YouTube - what you could do is to use a program like Soundflower (Mac) or Audacity (Windows) to record the audio from those links, but that will be incredibly tedious - you'd have to let the whole podcast play to record it with those utilities.
