Can anyone identify this heavily bearded fish species?

Looks to me like some kind of toadfish - not sure which species though.

Yes, I agree with toadfish. If you Google 'toadfish' and then go to 'images', it looks as if
your little one can fit right in there.

Where was this picture taken? We can probably figure out the species if we get some geography up in this joint.
