Folk Rug/Blanket - Need Help With ID

This is a rug/blanket that's been hand-woven -

I need some help identifying it. It's pretty large - over 6 feet by 3 roughly. Any help much appreciated.

Best answer: Hmm, not a great photo. Looks Guatemalan maybe? - this is based on what looks like 2 quetzal birds in the center. See here for quetzal bird motif. Quetzals are a symbol of Guatemala.

Here is a similar one on ebay, though it is not well identified.

Response by poster: Awesome! Thank you so much. Do you have any idea what the middle thing is between the birds? Been trying to figure that out as well.

Best answer: Oh, here you go. Here is a blue one identified as Momostenango (which is in Guatemala). Momostenango blankets are a thing.
