What is the best simulation software for salespeople?

I am searching for a simulation software. Within the simulation the velocity of 2 conveyor belts that transport workpieces of different sizes should be optimized. The software will be operated from salespeople to approach a customer and should make complex incidents understandable.

What are your resources? If you've got any sort of cheap/efficient Flash programming talent, you could put a pretty nice simulation together in less than 8-10 hours of work that's very audiovisual/etc. The problem with the above two tools is that they're professional tools, and you'd be paying professional prices for them.

A commercial Matlab lease is around $2700 if I recall correctly.
