Where can I research the history of Amercian supper clubs? Online or otherwise? And where can I find good supper club photos?

I'm thinking there must be an industry association or two. Start with the National Restaurant Association and their magazine back issues, perhaps.

Cool, thanks, Mimi. I'm considering making it a coffee table book project. Not that I'll finish it anytime soon, but I think the idea has potential...And co-authors would be welcome to such a project...
