Is there any photo book service that makes 7x5 inch, lay-flat books?

I'm hunting for an online service to make a photo book, but with quite specific criteria: it should allow me to make a book around 7x5 inches in portrait orientation (i.e. like a typical paperback), with lay-flat binding. All my searches come up with one but not both of these criteria satisfied. Guys, you're my last resort :) - any ideas?

I'm assuming a 5x7 book can be be either portrait or landscape. Bay is known for doing high quality work.
