FF extension or GM script that block specific word discussions?

I can't take the sheer vitriol and hate on the posts about Israel/Palestine anymore, and am looking for a Firefox extension or Greasemonkey script that will allow me to just block a post which has a specific word or words. I use Facebook Fluff Buster for FB, but am unaware of a global one, or one for Metafilter specifically. Help!

This post was deleted for the following reason: MeFi-specific questions belong in MetaTalk, sorry. -- goodnewsfortheinsane

The "My Mefi" Preferences Page allows you to hide posts that use specific tags. That should filter most of the noise.

Response by poster: Thanks muchly. I didn't even know that existed. I've probably seen it referenced in all these years, but it didn't click for me.
