Is there a correlation between bl pr/puls rt and cardio exercise?

Had a good cardio exercise routine for four years. Blood pressure and pulse rate were healthy and constant. Stop the cardio routine and change to power lifting with occasional walking. Two years into the new (cardio free) exercise routine, blood pressure and pulse are the same. Health is good, diet constant, stress constant...all variables the same over the six year period.

I think you may not be getting any answers because your question isn't clear. Are you asking why your blood pressure and pulse rate are still healthy without the cardio...?

Here's some basic info about exercise (and weight lifting) and blood pressure, if that's the kind of info you're looking for.
