Best direct fulfillment sites with relabeling for tshirts?

Can you recommend a company who: * does custom t-shirt printing, * including relabeling or hang-tag finishing, * and offers a retail presence for direct fulfillment... * for a tiny, tiny quantity of t-shirts? Basically, I am looking for your cafe press or zazzle type of thing - WITH relabeling or hang-tagging. I've gotten myself into a worm-hole of confusing options and am hoping that someone out there has experience selling their t-shirts with their own labels or tags direct to web customers!
