Laptop maintenance and cleaning in Toronto?

I'm looking for a good, trustworthy place to have my laptop disassembled and have its fan cleaned.

It's really heating up nowadays. I don't want to do it myself because I heard I had to put some kind of cooling liquid on the hard disk, and in any case I don't want to screw it up. I also don't want the shop affecting the data on it because I only have a copy of it on Drive /D (I heard cleaning the fan wouldn't pose any risk whatsoever to the HDDs). Any good places I can go to? An approximate cost would be really handy too.

Response by poster: Oh and if the shop you know can allow me to hang around while they finish up cleaning the fan, it's a major plus.

OMG BACKUP!!!! Really, if you're worried about the data at the very least get a thumb drive and copy it. AND use one of the free online services. If you drop your laptop on the way to the repair place, there goes your HD.

Shops charge 50 - 60 per hour and up. What kind of laptop? Many laptops are easy to remove the back and clean with a can or 2 of compressed air.

Response by poster: Sony VAIO. Saw some youtube videos of the disassembling but I don't want to take the risk.
