Best internet provider in St. Louis

Should we use Charter or AT&T?

We are moving to St. Louis, and have a choice of Charter or AT&T. We don't care about the TV packages, only internet speed and in particular Skyping and streaming video. Does anyone have experience with these providers?

Best answer: I prefer Charter... Except they call every month asking if I want TV even when I tell them to stop calling me...

I've had both. Charter is faster and more reliable.
