Good Anatomy books for MRI-students

My significant other is a radiographer and she is looking for an anatomy book which she can read just in case she gets a MRI-postition where she works. If she gets it the position she needs to take a MRI-course and is therefore looking for a anatomy book which suits MRI.

Preferable language is english, but if someone by chance know any Norwegian ones, don't hesitat mentioning the title.

Would her coworkers or boss know? I'd ask them what they used to study for the MRI course. Perhaps they even have the book.

A good general anatomy text is the Netter Atlas. I'm not sure of the specifics required for an MRI class though so I'm not entirely sure this will suit your wife's purposes.

Cross Sectional Anatomy is what we use as a CT/MRI reference here in Med School.

LunaticFringe: Netter is a good anatomy reference, but alas, there's not MRI/CT stuff in there. Although the third edition has some good cross-sectional stuff that might be useful.

Keith L. Moore, Essential Clinical Anatomy. It is an abbreviated version of the Big Moore book. To someone with a medical background, it's decently readable. Also, as suggested above, get a Netter atlas to compliment it, because the illustration in Moore's book leave much to be desired. On the plus side, it's inexpensive compared to - well - every other medical textbook I'd ever seen.
