Gluten free gift for friend in Australia (when I'm not)

I'm in the US, a friend in Australia is going through a really rough time after surgery... I'd like to get her something nice delivered. I was thinking a food hamper would be nice. The catch is that she can't have gluten or lactose. Does anyone know a site where I could order a gluten free gift/meal service/fruit basket? I'm open to other non-food ideas too.

Best answer: I'm in Australia, and whenever I've been recovering from surgery or injury, food hampers are lovely. Mostly because they cut down on my need to use limited energy to cook/get food. You know what I would've LOVED though? A delivery of some cold-pressed juices. When I'm recuperating, I find it hard to get nourishing food inside of me, and sometimes am too tired to eat enough. Some cold, fresh, really good juices would be an amazing gift. Your mileage may vary, of course, you know your friend better than I do. :)

Best answer: Sunnybrook Health Store has a website called glutenfreeshop.com.au that is Melbourne-based, but delivers worldwide (if your friend is elsewhere in Aus).

Go to the menu on the left-hand side and click on 'gifts'. It will bring up a number of different hampers: you can choose your hamper and specify your dietary requirements, including gluten- and dairy-free.
