Screen-printed t-shirts, a la Print Liberation?

I love Print Liberation's t-shirts. But I have all the ones I want (which, sadly, doesn't include many of the current offerings). Who else out there makes awesome t-shirts, maybe like PL's? No twee please.

Some may be borderline in terms of "twee" for you, but Seibei may have a couple of things you'd like.

I swear by headline shirts. I can't link from my mobile device but you can find them at headlineshirts.net

Buy Me Brunch does exactly this. Note that their ladies' shirts run small. (edit: err, tw for slurs I guess, that one's new.)

Homage strikes me as similar, but they're heavy on the sports references.
