I'm pretty sure you can obtain all those things within 2 or 3 blocks along Melrose Blvd. in Hollywood.

My costume: I was born in the future and since then I have been traveling backwards through time. So, while for most people at a halloween party it will be evening, I just woke up.

So, I need to look like I just climbed out of bed, but in a shiny, futuristic way.

Good suggestions so far, keep it coming! Um, is it actually a good idea to spraypaint clothing?

As long as you spraypaint in a well-ventilated area. My friends paint/spraypaint their clothes all the time. I probably wouldn't regularly wear something that is totally spraypainted, but one time wouldn't be bad.

If they don't have the clothes at Target, try JCPenny's or Mervyn's or the like.

Also, if you spraypaint your clothes, stay away from naked flames. Like, jack'o'lanterns for example.
