Is there a service that can make digital prints from processed APS film?

Why would you want to do this? Are you sure you mean "digital print"? In order to get a digital image, you'd first have to scan the film; it'd be simpler to just make a normal print from the APS film.

I think I've asked the question he means to ask before here. (How to convert APS shots to digital files.)

The last time I had an APS film printed it was processed, the negative was scanned and the result was printed (at least IIRC). So it should be easy enough to find a high street processor that can get you excellent results in a digital format.

I've gotten this done at Target. You can ask for just the files on a CD, with no prints.
