Some assembly required (needed, more like)

I've just completed collecting relevant material for Marvel Phase One. I've got the films, the shorts (Marvel One-Shots), and the tie-in comics. Help me enjoy them in the proper chronological order?

I've done some homework, and have read up regarding the timeline:
- A Marvel Cinematic Universe Timeline 2.0 [Film Buff Online]
- Timeline infographic [Marvel Cinematic Universe wikia]
- Marvel Cinematic Universe [Wikipedia]
- Marvel One-Shots [Wikipedia]
- Marvel One-Shots: Phase One [IGN]
- Phase One: The Story Assembled [IGN]

The consensus is that there is some overlap during Iron Man 2 and The Incredible Hulk, but for the rest it's up for grabs. Some wanted to put Captain America: The First Avenger first because it was set in the 1940s (am in this camp), while others prefer it later (the earlier scenes deemed as a flashback).

Here are the materials that I have, and the order that I currently put them in. Mostly I judged by continuity, taking into account the after credits scenes. Not sure so much with the comics because I haven't read them all yet:

1 - Captain America: The First Avenger: First Vengeance #1-8 [Comics]
2 - Captain America: The First Avenger [Movie]
3 - Agent Carter [Short]

4 - Iron Man [Movie]
5 - Iron Man: I Am Iron Man #1-2 [Comics]
6 - Iron Man 2 [Movie]
7 - Iron Man 2: Agents of SHIELD #1 [Comics]
8 - Iron Man 2: Public Identity #1-3 [Comics]
9 - Iron Man: Mark VII #1 [Comics]

10 - A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer [Short]
11 - Thor [Movie]

12 - The Incredible Hulk [Movie]
13 - The Consultant [Short]

14 - Fury's Big Week #1-8 [Comics]
15 - The Avengers Initiative #1 [Comics]
16 - Black Widow Strikes #1-3 [Comics]
17 - The Avengers [Movie]
18 - Item 47 [Short]

What's your take on this? I decided to ask the hive mind because I trust your opinion the most.

Also, what about Hulk (starring Eric Bana)? Should I discard that altogether?

The Ang Lee "Hulk" film is not officially part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

I think this is an official timeline. If not, it's certainly well-researched. It doesn't directly include the tie-in comics but it does have some related events that hint at when they "really" happened.
