They're dropping like flies... first Meebo... now Imo.

Imo just announced that it's dropping support for third party networks. I need an alternative.

Requirements:

1) Support for (at least) Facebook, Google, Skype, MSN, Yahoo
2) Storage and exporting of chat logs across all networks.
3) Apps for iOS, Android and web.

The hard one:

4) Ability to import imo chat logs.

Any recommendations?

After I gave up on Imo, I moved to IM+. You can't import chat logs, though, as far as I know.

I'm pleased with Trillian. Definitely has the first three, not sure on #4.
