I was curious about the 1997 Dutch film 'All Stars,' directed by Jean Van de Velde. Is there a way to tell if it's out on DVD, and anyway to get a version with English subtitles?

To check if a film is out on DVD, go to the film's IMDB page (here for "All Stars") and look on the left hand sidebar, towards the bottom, under "Other Info" for "DVD Details." If it is, click on the link. If it isn't, which is true for this film, the film has not been released on DVD. Sorry!

It appears to be available on DVD here. I believe this site is in Belgium and is in Dutch and French. There is a postal address under the info page, I didn't see a phone number or email address. If you can contact them someone will probably speak English and be able to tell you if it can be shipped to you. I am sure it is available locally in Holland and in most of Europe. Check on ebay every once and a while, they often have imported movies there.

The Kruidvat site Yorricklinked to is of a chain of drugstores.

Webstore Proxis claims to have a DVD with English as its original language. It's still a region 2 DVD, and in the US your in region 1. Please take note of that.
