Help me find songs with similar approach re: dealing with daily life

Hi all, would greatly appreciate if you would help me find songs that deal with the subject of dealing with the daily grind of life. Definitely in the 'quietly motivational' aisle, but not necessarily motivational at all. Similar tracks include 'Get Down Saturday Night' by Oliver Cheatham, 'Breezem Out' by Lil Ugly Mane and 'Money Won't Pay' by Bo en. Links to those tracks inside.

Breeze Em Out

Money Won't Pay

Thank you!

Totally not in the style of your examples, but Petula Clark's Downtown gets me in a good mood every time.

I really appreciated Joe Jackson's "Do the Instant Mash" when I worked in a grocery store. Doesn't seem to be on Youtube, but it's on Spotify.

Definitely not motivational, but the first song that comes to my mind that pertains to the daily grind is Pink Floyd's "Time."

"You" by Atmosphere. It's about the life of a waitress. Also a bit more "f!@$ you" than strictly motivational. Check out the music video on YouTube.

Awesome, everyone, thanks. I should have specified - I'm looking for (post-80's) R&B-style examples, mostly... but keep 'em all coming.

Perhaps not exactly what you're looking for - it's more about everyday successes than the grind itself - but Brother Ali's "Fresh Air" is my own favorite "quietly motivational" song.

Hold your head up by Argent is one of my favorite motivators. It also works as a mantra
