I have six specialty cocktails we are serving at a party in July, but don't know what to call them. The drinks will be featured as hourly specials, one at a time.

The Drinks:
1- crown, peach schnapps, OJ, grenadine

2- malibu, midori, pineapple juice

3- bacardi, blue curacao, cranberry, splash of sprite

4- jack daniels, chambord, malibu, sweet and sour, cranberry

5- ciroc, malibu, cranberry, sprite infused with raspberry

6- bacardi, blue curacao, chambord, grenadine, sweet and sour

The Party:
The party is a fundraiser for a home for women and children victims of domestic violence. The organization itself is called House of Hope (formerly Sheri's House of Hope). They are big on the color purple. The party is called the Crystals n Cowboys Gala, which should give you a feel for the party and guests. Most guests will be 40+.

Hope Float

Hope Springs Eternal

Hope to the Rescue

That Thing with Feathers

Hoping Madly

Hope Happy

Or just post the Dickinson poem and lift words for each cocktaiil, e.g.

“Hope” is the thing with feathers -
That perches in the soul -
And sings the tune without the words -
And never stops - at all -

And sweetest - in the Gale - is heard -
And sore must be the storm -
That could abash the little Bird
That kept so many warm -

I’ve heard it in the chillest land -
And on the strangest Sea -
Yet - never - in Extremity,
It asked a crumb - of me.

#3 the fizzy Grimace (I assume it's purple?)

#4 the Rocky Top (Wild as a mink, sweet as sodie-pop, I still dream about that)

- Any of the ones with blue curacao could be called "The Cerulean Spur".

- Any of them that are teal-hued can be called "The Turquoise ____" (Teaser? Nugget? Brooch?).

- #5 should be "The Saddle Salve".

Also, this list of cowboy vocabulary (I love the internet!) may be of use.

For the first one, maybe something like a Canadian Sunrise/Royal Sunrise, since it seems like it's a variation of a tequila sunrise (or could end up looking like one). Or maybe Yellow Rose of Texas, since it will be orangey yellow and red?

All of your cocktails are sweet, so you might want to think about a group of names that all connect up to the theme of sweetness.

Six Cowgirls? Belle Starr, May Lillie, Annie Oakley, Connie Douglas, Calamity Jane, and Mollie Monroe are all wild west women (whose names sound more or less like something you'd order in a bar).

Can you work the time or number into the names somehow? This would provide the added bonus of reminding people that the featured drinks change every hour.

Five Card Stud
Sixth Sense
Seventh Inning Stretch
Crazy Eight
Cloud Nine
Elevenses
Midnight Express
One O'clock Jump
