Most helpful groups/resources/forums for anxiety issues? (Cleveland, OH)

I am not meshing well with my therapist, and I plan on quitting. Finding a new therapist under my current health plan would take months; they're booking into May at the earliest. I'd like to find resources online and around the Cleveland area to help me cope with my longstanding anxiety (Primarily SAD, some GAD) issues in the meantime.

I am up for anything: Therapy groups, online forums, counseling, Meetups, etc. I found a lot of groups upon Googling, but would like to hear anecdotal evidence on resources that opt toward a positive, encouraging atmosphere rather than simply commiseration without much forward action.

The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook helped me a lot. Can't recommend it highly enough.

NAMI Greater Cleveland (link goes to their support groups). I think the group I attended is in the bottom section and called "Support and Social Group" (it's almost at the bottom of the page). I'm FB friends with the woman who runs (used to run?) that group and I can make sure. Hit me up on MeMail so I don't forget. I haven't gone to that group in many years, but if N (I don't want to use her name) is still running it, it's probably still good. It is for both consumers and family members. It was one of the first (if not the first) group like this in NAMI.
