What's your experience as a food delivery person?

I'm doing user research on people who deliver foods and/or catering businesses and the information they need when they're on the on-the-go.
Can you tell me a little of your experience, especially as you are on the go? Did you ever need to access information or have incoming information while you were out? What sort of information would have been helpful?
This is for a course project on a mobile app that helps people access information while they are on the job and we are focusing and food delivery employees.
Also, let me know if you have time for a more in-depth interview/questionaire. Thanks!
