High quality flowers in Brooklyn?

I need to have flowers delivered to a friend in Brooklyn (South Slope), and I want them to be great - looking for recommendations for someone who can do a beautiful, high quality arrangement and won't try to rip me off or fall through on delivery.

Best answer: You could try Stems, in Ditmas Park. Never used their delivery service, but their flowers are lovely.

What's your budget? This florist in Carroll Gardens does gorgeous arrangements, but she's kind of pricey.
