Old-school conference calling?

Hi, looking for a reliable service to set up cheap, flat-rate conference calls on a semi-regular basis (non-internet based).

Currently using just the regular phones & long-distance charges become excessive. I have seen the site/ service http://www.calliflower.com and it looks like it should fit our needs, but I was wondering if there are any other ones or first-hand experience with it. In case it matters, generally callers will be either in Canada or the UK.

thanks.

Best answer: I've had good experience with Conference Worldwide. Cheap, and responsive customer service. Looks like free from Canada and 1.7 cents (US) a minute per user in UK; a bit more for toll-free numbers.
